Les parties étaient conseillées  par le cabinet Freshfield pour Babcock &amp;amp; Brown et Jones Day pour SERCIB. Christian Van Appelghem a été nommé président de la nouvelle entité qui prend pour nom Atlante gestion.  Atlante gestion va lever deux fonds de chacun 100 M€ dans un premier temps. L’un sera consacré aux PPP et l’autre aux énergies renouvelables. Les affaires ENR et les PPP actuellement détenues par Atlante gestion seront apportées à ces nouvelles structures. type='text'>SOLARIS, l'anti LA DEFENSE</title><content type='html'>Le 24 février 2009, lors de la réunion au Méridien de Global Compact (Pacte Mondial), Dominique Lebel a présenté SOLARIS immeuble à Energie Positive au président de GDF SUEZ Gérard Mestrallet.&lt;br /&gt;En effet, Dominique lebel considère qu'une entreprise spécialisée dans l'énergie et l'environnement peut avoir un immense bénéfice d'image à donner l'exemple dans le réel en choisissant des locaux réellement économes en énergie plutôt que de regrouper ses collaborateurs dans une tour à La Défense énergivorace par nature.&lt;br /&gt;le débât est lancé : doit-on empiler ses collaborateurs dans une tour, alors qu'ils n'ont pas besoin de se voir physiquement, horsmis quelques exceptions et qu'ils se communiquent régulièrement par internet, qu'ils soient dans le bureau d'à côté ou à des milliers de kilomètres sur un autre continent.&lt;br /&gt;Dominique Lebel pense d'ailleurs que SOLARIS devrait être occupé ou lncé par un grand de l'énergie, que ce soit TOTAL, EDF ou GDF SUEZ.&lt;br /&gt;Ce major donnerait un signal fort en terme d'exemple en regard duGrenelle de l'environnement.&lt;br /&gt;Enfin, à l'heure où ils n'y a plus d'investisseur institutionnels pour lancer des projet en blanc dont le BTP a besoin, et à l'heure où les banques pratiquent des spreads rendant les financements quasi impossibles, qu'un grand de l'énergie favorise le lancement d'un nouvel iummeuble de 31 000 m², constitue un acte de soutien à l'emploi incontestable, surtout lorsque l'Etat cherche des projets prêts à lancer pour
